I think I have got a new record for myself.
For this CNY period, I have eaten yu sheng for 5 times. =x And the number of "yu" or salmon I had actually consumed were less than 10 pieces. Everytime when tossing the dish or whatever you call it, I will be like saying, "I want salmon." Since it was supposed to like make your wishes come true or something, apparently it's not working well lah. Becoz I never get my salmon. Oh well.
I like to eat salmon raw and naturally sashimi is one of my favourite food. However, I just came to realise that there are actually such thing as horse sashimi. There's this show on tv that showed the dissection of the horse. And it's very disgusting lah. The very big horse was skinned and I could see the flesh and veins until I have no appetite for lunch.
The Japanese called it sakura or sakuraniku. The method of eating is either by eating it raw or by yakiniku which is some kind of bbq. Omg..
I know that in some countries eating horse is acceptable but I still dont know how can anyone kill some living animals which can be a companion and help mankind in doing work. Likewise for dogs. And to think that I am going to China next month. Very afraid that they will serve me dog meat without my knowledge.
If they do, I am so going to kill them.
