Thursday, May 28, 2009 @ 1:19 PM Stupid weather !!!  Can anyone give me a reason, or motivation to get this Hello Kitty luggage? I keep on seeing it in Vivo and so tempted to buy but resisted. Is that kind of feeling when I do not wish to buy as I have no need for it but I am afraid I will regret when it is out of stock. Wah!! Dilemma, dilemma!! I cannot get it as I do not travel much and no point investing in this luggage. Unless, I apply for OSIP( which most probably will not happen) or I am so lucky enough to get my internship on a cruise. So pls, give me the intership and a reason to buy this... =))  These days are so freaking And then if this isnt worse enough, the heat is getting onto me. One of the issues studying in TAS is that we have to walk like 5 mins to the school from Imbiah station. 5 mins is no big deal but it is a HUGE issue when there's NO shelters or trees shading you while walking. So the Sun is blazing at you. This will cause me very bad headaches and I cannot do anything about it. Seriously, I never had so much headaches studying in TP compared to studying in TAS. There's one time Angeline told me the weather was due to global warming. I know it was partially due to the global warming, apart from the fact that it's always warm in Singapore. However, the heat nowadays is too much for normal times. For goodness' sake to whoever is still contributing to global warming, pls like stop whatever you are polluting or whatever. And also grow more trees to provide shade. Now, I am turning into like an activist for green environment. Although I am quite guilty for I am turning on the air-con often now, I am forced to, duh! The weather is too hot for me. Just cut down on the emission of carbon dioxide or monoxide or whatever (Ah-ha! Biology and Chemistry) into the ozone and then living things like polar bears or me can continue living in beautiful Earth. Now I miss the weather in China. |

Sunday, May 17, 2009 @ 2:04 PM  I am supposed to be studying for Attraction Management test now but then somehow, my mind drifted off to thinking many random things. For example, ` I really need to clean out my closet ` I want to shop at Forever 21 ` I am keeping my fringe long from now on ` I am going to be so dead for this sem Stupid projects and everything. Why must the difficulty level be so high? Oh well, I shall see how things go. And it's a very nice Sunday afternoon I must say. Ok randomness. |

Wednesday, May 13, 2009 @ 8:44 PM I have the cutest boyfriend ever !! (^-^) Yesterday was fourth month-niversary and we had dinner at Sakae Sushi. And he never really go and have a meal there often. So, he was Next, when whatever he ordered (which was a lot btw) arrived, he was like damn happy becoz the food he ordered over the interactive menu came so it was successful. Ok, that was becoz some food items which I ordered did not come. -.-" Then, the normal to eat a sushi is to dip the entire piece into the wasabi right? He did the most unexpected thing ever. To me. By separating both chopsticks and spread wasabi onto the sushi. Hmmm.. I dont know how to describe lah but it was quite     HAPPY 4 MONTHS !! =)) |

Sunday, May 10, 2009 @ 9:56 PM Yo people. I hadnt been updating. I know I know. So I decided to let pictures do the talking eh? =)) Anyhow I am so so glad to be back in Singapore and back to familar scenes and sounds. So yup, here's the pictures
 The immigration pass I needed to fill up before entering China. Note that they addressed all foreigners as aliens.  While waiting in Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai for our domestic flight to Shijiazhuang.
 As a matter of fact, all of us did. Well, we sat through a 5 hours long flight at 12:55 am from Singapore to Shanghai. Then transit from Shanghai to Shijiazhuang, meanwhile we had to wait like 4 hours in between. Shijiazhuang International Airport  A random shot Sakura tree in No.42 Middle School The school     Ok. This cafe near the school is damn cool. The things here are all less than SGD$1 and the seats are swings. So you can swing when you eat your lunch. Super cool lor. Why Singapore dont have such a cafe one? Yijie and I eating Mandarin oranges, courtesy of Dawn.  This is the 新天地 lor. The first shopping mall we went.   The streets in Shijiazhuang  Dinner at Jinnie's homestay family's restaurant was delicious. Alcohol was very affordable in China as only 2 yuan per can. So the guys had a great time knocking themselves out. This is not a beer but it tastes and smell like one. Very nice drink. This is their library  Hahahahah! 18 cm. Insiders joke. The 水上公园    They have a lot of peach blossoms there. Here's a chef preparing our duck. And it's not cheap lor!!  My chinese tea that was so bitter  The duck skin was served first. It was supposed to be the nicest part.    The meat  That's what you put in it.     Back to Shijiazhuang, and back to marking this thick of papers  The class that I took. Believe me, there are 60 over students.  My homestay kid and meOk, I am sian about putting up pictures le. The rest I shall do it next time. =)) So that's my time in China |
